How to book your Celebration Weekend House Party
We try to make the booking of your Celebration weekend as easy as possible but if you are still unsure then contact us further.

We will confirm if the weekend is available and note your interest. If the weekend is already booked we may be able to recommend another hotel in our area.

Booking Confirmation
Next you reserve your Celebration weekend by paying a deposit.

The deposit is calculated as 25% of the group size times the per person cost of your Celebration weekend. If you are not sure of the final number then base the group size on the minimum agreed Celebration party size (usually fourteen).

The deposit is payable by cheque made payable to Score Valley Hotel.

Be sure to obtain a sizeable deposit from the members of your Celebration party to ensure their commitment.
We confirm your booking of your Celebration party in writing.
Rooming List And Special Requirements
The confirmation will include a rooming list and some questions relating to your special requirements that we need before your arrival.

These help us to prepare the hotel to make your Celebration weekend a success. For instance do any
members of your group have any special needs that we need to know about such as dietary requirements, having a disability or wanting to arrive early etc.?
We ask for the rooming list and special requirements by the Monday of the week before your Celebration party.

Booking Terms & Conditions For Your Information

As you will appreciate, when you book your Celebration weekend you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your Celebration party for any reason, then under the law you are liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make to cover our loss, if we are unable to relet your house party. This would normally be the full booking price of your house party less a deduction for the cost of food and staff wages not incurred.
If you have to cancel your house party, then we will try to relet it on your behalf. If we are successful then we will refund your deposit less a charge for any administration. If we are unable to relet the house party then you will be charged a cancellation fee as defined above, less any deposit already paid.
